Cancellations Policies
We understand that circumstances change. Cancellation requests are honored if made within 24 hours of placing your order. This timeframe allows us to halt production and prevent materials from being used. Regrettably, we cannot accept cancellations beyond this period as your item may already be in production.
Exchanges:
At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges due to our items being made to order. We encourage you to review your order carefully before submitting it.
Restocking Fee:
On the rare occasion we accept a return due to exceptional circumstances, a restocking fee of $5.00 or 10% of the item price, whichever is greater, will apply. This fee covers the cost of material and labor already invested in starting the production of your order.
Order Issues:
We take great care to ensure your order is made to your specifications and is well packaged for transit. If there are any issues with your order upon arrival, such as a defect or an error on our part, please report them to us within 30 days of receipt. We will work diligently to correct any errors and ensure your complete satisfaction.
